About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our Data Services team at Future Publishing. As a Fraud Analyst, you will play a critical role in detecting and preventing fraud within our insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with insurance partners, law enforcement, and the IFB to implement preventative controls and provide meaningful intelligence to reduce fraud losses.
  • Work closely with our Data Services team to analyze and model data to produce insights translatable into fraud prevention systems.
  • Utilize SQL to analyze trends and identify potential fraud patterns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fraud contacts within the industry.
Requirements
  • Proficient in SQL with a track record of utilizing this skill for trend analysis.
  • Experience analyzing and modeling data to produce insights translatable into fraud prevention systems.
  • Experience working within a Financial Services fraud team.
  • Well-versed in transaction monitoring to highlight fraudulent activity.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, as well as a hybrid work arrangement with three days spent in our Cardiff office and two days working from home.
