Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of existing and new initiatives across the customer operations area. Your primary responsibility will be to work within the Customer Data department, collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance and change through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain alignment with best practice use of analysis software such as Big Query, Looker, and SAS.
  • Lead the team in developing individuals, providing regular feedback, and setting clear goals and objectives.

Desired Experience:

  • Present analysis and insight to management and business stakeholders.
  • Manage workload of team, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely delivery of accurate analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer journeys, analyzing trends and forecasts to exploit for operations and customer benefit.
  • Think creatively to improve reporting, including better ways to present data.
  • Analyze data to provide operational and strategic insight.
  • Experience in providing data and analysis in a user-friendly manner.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring others, supporting team members to improve their analytical skillsets.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workloads and prioritize tasks from various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in presenting information and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and collaborative approach to work.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate's experience. We are happy to discuss the remuneration package with suitable candidates.
