You will embark on a commercial sales trainee journey, immersing yourself in our business operations. Representing us through client interactions across various industries, your role will involve managing existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.

">">Training and Development">

In the first 3 months, you will receive a comprehensive induction, spending time in different departments and completing a training guide. You will learn about operating procedures, products, markets, customers, and suppliers. This includes external sales training delivered by BMS, Internal Training, and collaboration with the Electrical Distributor's Association (EDA).
