We are currently seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join our team, responsible for sourcing high-potential properties in the London area.
The successful candidate will have strong relationships with local agents, developers, and landlords, and will work closely with our CRM, Junior Acquisitions Associate, and Lettings Associate to execute client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with key property stakeholders
- Generate new acquisition opportunities for purchase
- Assist in the success of the acquisition programme
- Negotiate agreements
