Site Acquisition and Growth Lead

We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition and Growth Lead to join our team. As a key member of our national restaurant development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new sites and growing our client's restaurant footprint.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate and retail, or a restaurant background, with a strong understanding of the retail and commercial marketplace. You will be responsible for:
- Finding and securing new locations for our client's restaurants
- Developing a forward-thinking approach to drive and increase the UK restaurant footprint
- Building and managing meaningful relationships with existing and prospective franchisees
You will also be responsible for completing site assessments and evaluating viability based on brand proximity, competitor analysis, demographics, and location-based performance. Additionally, you will drive brand presentations on location suitability, market segmentation, set up costs, and financial modelling.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Retail and commercial real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Financial acumen to understand and present business models
You will be a solution-minded thinker who can collaborate to drive strategy and speed. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
