Commercial Development Lead

We are looking for a Commercial Development Lead to join our team at Edenred Italia S.r.l.
The role involves developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth in the Aerospace and Defence sector. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, negotiating commercial and contractual terms, and adapting the commercial strategy in response to changing market conditions. Regular reporting on commercial performance is also a critical aspect of this role.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Office and Salesforce is also essential, as is the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
