Commercial Development Lead

We are seeking a Commercial Development Lead to join our team in Lacock, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth within our Retail accounts, working with major UK supermarket retailers and branded products.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth within assigned retail accounts.
- BUILD strong customer and internal relationships to achieve common goals.
- Drive profitable growth for assigned accounts over a sustained period.
- Evaluate commercial negotiations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Balance customer requirements with business needs to maximize relationships, including planning and coordinating price increases.
- Enhance visibility and accessibility of Stonegate products within assigned accounts.
- Lead and develop the sales team.
- Extensive commercial experience within own-label and branded food manufacturing.
- Proven experience in customer visits, audits, and quality assessments.
- In-depth knowledge of negotiation strategies and risk/value analysis.
- Excellent understanding of policies and business processes on negotiating deals.
- Competitive basic salary: £70,000 + 10% annual bonus.
