Commercial Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Lead to join our commercial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact in a high-performing organization.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new opportunities and developing targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
About You:
- You have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and are able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
