Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Development Lead to join our fast-growing HealthTech startup at Found By Few. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead a sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and other healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in HealthTech.
  • Leadership experience managing a sales team in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and healthcare landscape.
  • Consultancy experience is a plus.

Benefits:
