Commercial Development Lead

We are looking for a Commercial Development Lead to join our team at Deliveroo. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning solutions that meet the needs of our commercial teams.
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that enhance performance and productivity. Your expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and program management will enable you to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and several years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a commercial or sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth. We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
