Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Repairs Team Leader to join our team in Peckham. As a key member of our Responsive Repairs team, you will be responsible for managing a team of property repair technicians to ensure that customers receive excellent service and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of property repair technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to develop and implement effective maintenance plans and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and facilities management, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in property repairs or maintenance management.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
