About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Director to join our team at Brave Bison. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for driving excellence in strategy, growth, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Growth: Deliver sustainable growth across your clients, set clear goals linked to broader business objectives, build strong senior client relationships, and lead or oversee focused and productive client meetings.
  • Team Management: Set the tone for your team, motivate and galvanise your team toward shared objectives, lead effective 1:1s and appraisals, and support or lead on managing team resource needs.
  • New Business Growth: Lead or oversee new business opportunities, manage the process, prospect relationship, and delivery teams, and work closely with our Strategy Director and Growth Director to focus on effective storytelling.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months knowledge of online marketing channels, particularly Paid Media & SEO.
  • Highly motivated, undaunted by rewarding hard work and passionate about digital.
  • Good knowledge of analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
