Emergency Department Leader

NHS is seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Department Leader to join our team as a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This role involves supporting the senior and junior team in ensuring the needs of patients are met through the delivery of high-quality care. The successful candidate will work clinically, including unsocial hours, and be expected to work competently in all areas of the Emergency Department as well as being able to lead them.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
