About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our UK Contact Centre team as a Member Services Advisor. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our members and clubs through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, social media, and emails.

As a Member Services Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to queries, complaints, or feedback from our members across the UK, using your exceptional customer service skills to help them achieve their goals and continue their memberships.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who is proficient in IT and has a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be able to work individually and as part of a team, and have experience in dealing with high volumes of emails and calls.
