Job Summary:

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to young people. You will hold a caseload of young people who are asylum-seeking care leavers and provide services to those aged 16-25 years who have been looked after by the Local Authority.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience of working with young people leaving care and asylum-seeking young people
  • Flexible working required, including occasional unsociable hours

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
