Health and Social Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Team Lead to join our team as a Care Package Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients receiving care in their own homes.
As a Care Package Manager, you will be responsible for managing care packages within designated areas, working closely with clients, families, and external bodies to deliver high-quality care. You will also support the recruitment and training of Support Workers for care packages in your area.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Health and Social Care, with a minimum of NVQ 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role. A competitive salary of £30,000 per year includes an on-call rota, and you will also benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities through our Active Learning Hub.
