Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Caseworker Coordinator to join our team at iPeople Solutions. As a key member of our Children's Social Care and Safeguarding department, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out duties under the Children Act 1989, Children Act (Leaving Care) 2000, and Children and Social Work Act 2017.
- Hold a caseload of young people who are asylum-seeking care leavers and provide services to those aged 16-25 years who have been looked after by the Local Authority.
- Work towards achieving internal and external performance indicators.
- Develop knowledge and awareness of relevant supporting legislation and guidance.
- Respond to identified needs and promote better outcomes for care leavers.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
