Job Description

This Senior Support Worker position at Kudos requires a caring and experienced professional to provide support to young people aged 16+. The role involves working on a rotating shift pattern with sleep-ins, which demands flexibility and a strong commitment to care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to young people.
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Supporting daily living tasks, including personal care and budgeting.

An estimated salary of £14.00 per hour is available, along with benefits such as paid induction training and access to a company app. A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home or youth work is required, as well as relevant qualifications and a full UK driving licence.
