We are Hampshire County Council, a growing Service providing Therapy services to children, educational settings and professionals. Our goal is to offer effective services, making efficient use of resources, meeting statutory demands and fulfilling our traded work.

To achieve this, we need robust business systems in place. We require someone with expertise and experience in managing business processes, including collaborating with others to provide data and financial/resource/people management. You will also have experience of managing others and delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting others in developing skills to manage small budgets. They will be highly proficient in using Excel and other information analysis tools, able to develop ways of collecting and reporting on data which fits with service needs. An eye for detail is essential, as you will quickly spot errors in numerical information when reviewing.

With an estimated salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet the frequently changing needs of the Service. As an effective communicator, you will explain technical information clearly to those with varied levels of technical knowledge.

This role involves responding to commissioned requests and traded services, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on resources and performance, using data to closely monitor capacity and demand.
