We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to join our team at Hampshire County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role in managing business processes, collaborating with others, and providing robust data and financial/resource/people management.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing business processes, including collaborating with others to provide robust data and financial/resource/people management.
- Experience of managing others and delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
- Highly proficient in using Excel and other information analysis tools.
- Develop ways of collecting and reporting on data which fits with service need.
- A strong background in business management, preferably in a similar sector.
- Proven experience of managing budgets and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
