Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the prioritization and reconciliation of supplier accounts with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be part of a professional team delivering excellent customer service. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, provision teams, and contact teams, to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and reconcile supplier accounts with outstanding balances
• Issue supplier statements and maintain accurate records
• Provide expert support to contact teams as required
• Liaise with provisions teams to update MOSAIC
• Maintain awareness of corporate and departmental equalities and health & safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
• GCSE/Equivalent English and Maths qualifications
• Experience in using financial systems and applications to extract and interpret relevant information
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and word processing software to analyse and present data
• Ability to display professional development beyond that acquired during the normal course of a job or formal training

Working Conditions:
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
