Hampshire County Council is seeking a skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and maintaining robust business systems, ensuring that we can offer effective services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing business processes, including data and financial/resource/people management. You will also have experience of managing others and delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.

You will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting others in developing skills to manage small budgets. Your proficiency in using Excel and other information analysis tools will enable you to develop ways of collecting and reporting on data which fits with service needs.

An estimated salary of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this role in our organisation. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet the frequently changing needs of the Service.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be an effective communicator, able to explain technical information clearly to those with varied levels of technical knowledge.
