Compliance and Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance and Improvement Specialist to join our team at Kingscroft Professional Resources. As a Compliance and Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in a fast-paced SME manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality systems and processes, investigating non-compliance issues, and participating in VA/VE, Kaizen, and LEAN projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality systems and processes that meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into non-compliance issues and develop effective corrective actions.
- Participate in VA/VE, Kaizen, and LEAN projects to drive process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and departmental managers to ensure quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management team to achieve business objectives and targets through Quality processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
