**About The Role**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate with transport for assessment of drivers.
- Book and organise collection and delivery of Mobile Design Centres to showrooms.
- Support suppliers with orders, plans etc.
- Order PPE, keep stock info and stock the Mobile Design Centres prior to the collection
- Liaise with external suppliers for after collection installs/repairs to vehicles.
- Manage user profiles in Webfleet, including users ID card set up.
- Review correct usage of vehicles using 3rd party online tracking systems.
- Check marketing material for Mobile Design Centres and rectify
- Prepare handover / recovery / post work audit documents
- Support showrooms and designers with any queries.
- Remotely troubleshoot issues with the van and/or IT equipment, escalate the relevant department if required.
- Support with events and organise bookings.

- Microsoft Office skills
- Valid UK Drivers License
