About This Role

The Business Operations Manager - Data Driven will be responsible for supporting projects across Wren Kitchens by gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. This role offers an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and examine business needs to facilitate project success.
  • Develop process maps and documents to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Analyse data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate and improve quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and management.

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to bridge IT and business requirements.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for requirement documentation.
  • Organisational and time management abilities to manage workload effectively.
  • Capacity to craft clear and concise reports.
