Senior National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Always Candid. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our top 4 grocery customers and developing effective business plans to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with major grocery accounts
  • Develop and implement joint business plans to achieve commercial objectives
  • Utilize category insights to build customer proposals and drive sales growth
  • Own and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial team and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in national accounts management
  • Proven track record of success in managing major grocery accounts
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop effective business plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
