  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure successful execution of account strategies and drive business results.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and market share, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new retail opportunities to expand the brand's beauty presence, driving business growth and market expansion.
  • Analyse and manage retailer P&Ls, ensuring financial objectives are met and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Line management responsibility for National Account Manager, driving delivery, setting goals and KPIs, and mentoring to achieve results.

**Role Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in national account management within the beauty or consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful relationships with national retail accounts.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of retail operations, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
