Senior National Account Manager

MacGregor Black is seeking a seasoned Senior National Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the grocery retail sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, focusing on grocers and major UK retailers.
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to grocers and key retailers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth within the grocery and retail sectors.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and promotions with major retail and grocery partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and execution.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Manage account budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive product visibility and sales.
- Strong account management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the toy/gifting industry.
- Experience within licensing and working with grocers.
- Strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in developing accounts and winning new business.
