Temporary Service Advisor - Exeter

Our client, a leading automotive dealership in the South West, requires an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team on a temporary basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Explain work due to be carried out on their vehicle
  • Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork
  • Call customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
  • Liaise with Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team, and Drivers
  • Invoicing work carried out
  • Invoice explanation and taking payment
  • Quoting, introducing, and selling of Service Plans
  • Ensure all Warranty paperwork is completed correctly
  • Deliver highest level of customer service at all times


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' motor trade Service Advisor experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
