Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Coordinator at The Portfolio Group, you will be responsible for managing the client experience inbox and ensuring timely responses to all emails. Additionally, you will maintain contact details and act as an overflow call for various departments, logging callbacks as needed. You will utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and other tools to perform tasks efficiently. Diary management for HR and H&S consultants will also be a part of your duties.

Requirements

We are looking for a team player with a "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess strong time management skills.
