Care and Support Professional

As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to individuals with severe complex neurological, learning and physical disabilities. This may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized support plans. With a focus on dignity and respect, you will ensure that every individual receives the highest standard of care.
We are looking for an individual who can remain calm under pressure, is enthusiastic, and proactive. With a passion for delivering high-quality support, you will be an excellent addition to our team.
