Business Development Executive

Join Law Business Research as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including General Counsel, CLOs, and other legal team members.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain a CRM system to track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the legal intelligence space and company product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Account Management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of B2B new business sales experience using a defined sales methodology.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder sales and negotiating contract/procurement processes.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with experience with Salesforce preferred.
