Recruitment Pro, a leading employment agency, is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join their prestigious client in Sheffield on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to become a key player in their sales team, responsible for managing and growing existing and past accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: The ideal candidate will handle new enquiries and manage existing client relationships, ensuring long-term success and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business through targeted email outreach and face-to-face meetings at trade shows and networking events.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Merchandising and Distribution to ensure seamless order fulfilment and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of strong experience in account management.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • An enthusiastic, goal-driven, and passionate individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location

Working Hours: 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am until 4:00pm on a Friday
