About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd. As a key member of our Retail Division, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing our business strategy, and leading our shop teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and manage shop teams to achieve sales targets, improve customer service, and enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop new initiatives, and drive process improvements
  • Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and colleagues
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in retail or a related industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and operational processes
