About the Role

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team in the Southern Region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory and driving business growth through effective account management, order targets, margin management, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated territory to achieve business objectives, including account management, order targets, margin management, and customer retention.
  • Maintain a project pipeline through Quotation Management Software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasts for review.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Applications team by promoting HVAC equipment and service offerings to expand market presence and share.
  • Align with the company's vision and strategic goals to support profitable growth.
  • Provide feedback to factories on their performance and business needs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company processes for bidding, pricing, and order management, and contribute to process development.
  • Attend industry functions, seminars, conferences, and other external events to support sales and professional development.
Requirements
  • ONC, HNC/D, Degree in Mechanical / HVAC discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-Years Field-based sales experience.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Live in or around London & Home Counties.
Benefits
  • Salary £50-60k based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Commission Structure - paid every quarter.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank - option to purchase up to 5 more days.
  • Car allowance (£540 per month) or Company Car.
  • Pension (5% EE, 4% ER).
