About the Role

CITRUS CONNECT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the South East England territory. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales designers, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve a personal sales target of £250,000 while leading the Regional Direct Sales Team to excel in their performance.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Support Sales Designers in making and closing sales, contributing to the team's overall success.
  • Lead bi-monthly regional sales meetings to foster team cohesion and drive performance.
  • Participate in national sales meetings and Executive Management Meetings, aligning with the company's broader strategic goals.
  • Oversee lead allocation, reporting, recruitment, and induction processes for new team members.
  • Engage in Furniture Research and Development and enhance the company's SketchUp capabilities.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and quarterly reviews with Sales Designers to support their professional development.

Ideal Candidate
  • Based in the Home Counties, north of London, with a strong background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or luxury goods sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of developing successful teams.
  • Effective communicator with excellent organisational and strategic planning skills.
  • Passionate about bespoke, quality furniture and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Valid drivers licence.
