Regional Sales Director

CITRUS CONNECT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the South East England territory. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales designers, and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve a personal sales target of £250,000 while leading the Regional Direct Sales Team to excel in their performance.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Support Sales Designers in making and closing sales, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Lead bi-monthly regional sales meetings to foster team cohesion and drive performance.
- Participate in national sales meetings and Executive Management Meetings, aligning with the company's broader strategic goals.
- Oversee lead allocation, reporting, recruitment, and induction processes for new team members.
- Engage in Furniture Research and Development and enhance the company's SketchUp capabilities.
- Conduct regular forecasting and quarterly reviews with Sales Designers to support their professional development.
- A competitive starting salary of £45k, reflective of experience.
- Uncapped team override potential, realistic OTE £80-90k.
- Personal commission on top of salary and team earnings.
- Conversion bonus linked to performance milestones.
- Company car and fuel card ensuring mobility across your territory.

- Based in the Home Counties, north of London, with a strong background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or luxury goods sectors.

- Passionate about bespoke, quality furniture and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Valid drivers licence.
