Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the South East England territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a personal sales target of £250,000 while leading the Regional Direct Sales Team to excel in their performance.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Support Sales Designers in making and closing sales, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Lead bi-monthly regional sales meetings to foster team cohesion and drive performance.
- Participate in national sales meetings and Executive Management Meetings, aligning with the company's broader strategic goals.
- Engage in Furniture Research and Development and enhance the company's SketchUp capabilities.
- Conduct regular forecasting and quarterly reviews with Sales Designers to support their professional development.
