About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Division, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing our business strategy within our shops.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and directing colleague-led initiatives, sales, and profit targets. You will work closely with our shop teams to build morale, confidence, and quality financial acumen to encourage ideas, innovation, and new approaches.

After a 12-week induction period, you will assume responsibility for an area of shops and donation centres in the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire areas. This role will involve significant travel and overnight stays, and you will be provided with a company car.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage shop teams to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
