Job Description

We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a partnering/lead HR position and will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

You will work closely with our People Director to design and implement key HR initiatives that support business goals.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
