Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expense Management Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing travel claims, providing expert guidance on travel policies, and administering the Travel Charge Card. With a strong background in travel and expense management, you will ensure accurate and compliant processing of claims.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, offering hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. The estimated salary for this role is £31,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume travel claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective travel policies, including international business travel rates.
  • Manage the Travel Charge Card program, ensuring efficient tracking and usage.

Requirements:
  • Experience in travel and expense management, with a focus on data entry and records management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer queries effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
