Travel and Expense Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-focused professional with experience in travel and expense management?
We are seeking an experienced Travel and Subsistence Expense Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. The role offers hybrid working, but at least 2 days a week are required in our Edinburgh office.
- Review and process travel claims, ensuring compliance with travel and subsistence rules while proactively addressing any errors or discrepancies.
- Deliver expert guidance on travel and subsistence policies, including providing accurate rates for international business travel.
- Perform high-volume data entry for claims, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Travel and Subsistence Charge Card, ensuring efficient usage tracking.
- Extensive experience in accurate data entry, ensuring high-quality records and data integrity.
- Strong numeracy skills, enabling efficient processing and analysis of information.
- Proven ability to address customer queries by interpreting and applying policies effectively.
