About the Role

ASA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Travel and Expense Specialist to join their team in Edinburgh. This 12-month contract position requires a minimum of two days of office presence per week, offering a hybrid work setup.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in travel and expense management, with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for reviewing and processing travel claims, delivering expert guidance on travel policies, and overseeing data entry for claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate review and processing of travel claims.
  • Provide expert guidance on travel policies, including accurate rates for international business travel.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy during high-volume data entry.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Travel and Subsistence Charge Card, ensuring efficient usage tracking.

Key Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience in accurate data entry, ensuring high-quality records and data integrity.
  • Strong numeracy skills, enabling efficient processing and analysis of information.
  • Ability to address customer queries by interpreting and applying policies or guidance effectively.
