Our client, ASA Recruitment, is seeking a skilled Travel and Expense Administrator to join their team in Edinburgh. This 12-month contract opportunity offers a hybrid work setup, requiring at least two days of office presence.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in travel and expense management, with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for reviewing and processing travel claims, providing expert guidance on travel policies, and overseeing data entry for claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process travel claims, ensuring compliance with rules and addressing errors or discrepancies.
- Deliver expert guidance on travel policies, including accurate rate provision for international business travel.
- Perform high-volume data entry, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Travel and Subsistence Charge Card, ensuring efficient usage tracking.
