HMC (Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference) is a leading independent coeducational school in the UK, dedicated to providing high-quality education to its students. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our team, who will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new staff, and tracking HR metrics.

The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes, and will be responsible for performance management, maintenance of HR systems, and grievance investigations.

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a range of benefits including enhanced holiday allowance, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for training and professional development.

Duties include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Developing and delivering effective onboarding programs
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data
  • Managing employee performance and attendance
  • Maintaining and upgrading HR software
  • Providing HR support and guidance

We encourage applications from qualified professionals with a minimum of two years' experience in HR or a related field. A CIPD certification level 3 or higher is also preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$29,000 - $34,000 per annum (based on experience)
