Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in gastroenterology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients with IBD, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient education and support groups to promote self-management and empowerment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Registered General Nurse with a degree or degree-level education.
- Experience in gastroenterology, preferably in an IBD setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
