Job Title:

Internal Site Manager

Location: North London / Camden

Project: A high-end new build residential scheme

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Site Manager to lead our high-end new build residential project in North London.

The ideal candidate will have first-fix to handover expertise, with experience in RC Frame construction. Additionally, they should have a background in development or tier 1 main contracting, coupled with a degree or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the site team and oversee the delivery of the project from initial setup through to completion.
  • To coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • To monitor quality control and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
