We're seeking a talented Category Executive to join our team at Zero Surplus. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for leveraging data from Nielsen, Kantar, and GfK to drive sales growth and category development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify key insights and trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive category growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet retailer requirements.
  • Present compelling stories to retailers to increase distribution and listings for our core range.
  • Develop and maintain reporting capabilities to track key performance indicators such as EPOS performance, distribution, and rate of sale.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in category management or retail commercial management.
  • Advanced Excel skills with intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and present findings.
  • Knowledge of FMCG, General Merchandise, or Retail sectors.
