Category Sales Executive

We're seeking a talented Category Executive to join our team at Zero Surplus. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for leveraging data from Nielsen, Kantar, and GfK to drive sales growth and category development.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify key insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive category growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet retailer requirements.
- Present compelling stories to retailers to increase distribution and listings for our core range.
- Develop and maintain reporting capabilities to track key performance indicators such as EPOS performance, distribution, and rate of sale.
- Proven experience in category management or retail commercial management.
- Advanced Excel skills with intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and present findings.
- Knowledge of FMCG, General Merchandise, or Retail sectors.
