Cera Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our mission to provide exceptional care to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Managing medications and helping with domestic tasks
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to our clients
- Working collaboratively with our care teams to ensure the best possible outcomes
