Overview

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately $92,000 - $122,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative at Exertis, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on customer needs and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve budget and KPIs;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and retention;
  • Provide valuable insights and solutions to customers to drive business growth and satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and opportunities;
