About the Role
  • Support customers in person, via phone, and online to ensure they feel valued and supported.

  • Efficiently manage the issue and return of library materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organising events like storytelling and reading initiatives to promote literacy and community involvement.
  • Supporting and promoting information and communication technology services to help customers navigate digital resources effectively.
